Editing Feed's Creates Duplicate Channels #4

Create a brand new feed as shown below.

When created, it will appear as so.

Now edit the newly created feed by clicking on it's name in the Feed table.

The edit modal will show up, do not edit anything, then save changes.

This will cause the channels to be duplicated, this is a clear error.
