Loading animation on guild change | edit modal #7

On the edit/create subscription modal

When changing the selected guild/server, it takes time to load the related channels, this can cause confusion and annoyance.

There should be an indicator of the delay, perhaps in the form of a loading bar or spinner?

Maybe disable both server and channels field, and show an identical progress bar below to indicate loading, this should be cancelled if the modal is closed.
