This change is ambitious, and will require many changes to the Bot after the Web App.

Currently articles are sent at a set interval, each article with it's own message with a fully detailed embed, but it can still feel spammy.

I'd like to experiment with sending hourly, or bi-hourly a summary, that only includes hyperlinked titles for several articles, perhaps with headers indicating where they came from.

This could be a server setting, or subscription setting, I'm currently unsure which is better.
