Neatly present the used filters in the embed description.

See the image example.
I am filtering my blocked content only, but nothing indicates this in the result.

If showing both blocked and unblocked content, each item is individually indicated, this is fine, but not a good idea when all items are blocked only or unblocked only.

So only when filtering strictly by one or the other (in this example) should the embed description indicate that choice.
